Who Should Apply?
We are looking for full-time first-year undergraduate students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
The Selection Process
- May 2026: Call for Applications
Submit your application via your university. Required: A bilingual personal statement (Chinese & English), GPA records, and public examination results (e.g. DSE, IB, or GCE A-Levels). - June 2026: University Nomination
Participating universities will shortlist and nominate outstanding candidates. - End of July 2026: Selection Panel Interview
Shortlisted candidates will attend an on-site interview with the Foundation’s Selection Panel. - Early August 2026: Announcement
Successful scholars are notified. - September 2026: Orientation & Disbursement
Welcome to the family. Funds are disbursed, and the journey begins.
Renewal Criteria
Scholarship renewal is subject to continued outstanding performance (Minimum GPA 3.3/4.0 or 3.5/4.3) and submission of an annual progress report detailing academic and community contributions.
