The Foundation partners with five esteemed universities in Hong Kong. Each institution plays a vital role in identifying, supporting, and nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Each participating university promotes the Scholarship, manages the application and renewal processes, and nominates a shortlist of candidates to the Foundation for final consideration.
